SHIPPING

Delivery of the goods will be made to the delivery address indicated when ordering. Products will be delivered all over the world by a reputable carrier. However if HYLUS cannot select appropriate means of delivery, HYLUS will contact you by email or telephone. Deliveries are made within the indicative period specified when ordering. However, excluding force majeure, HYLUS agrees to make delivery within maximum 30 days following order confirmation. HYLUS however, based on past results, advises delivery time in 5-10 business days. If the package cannot be delivered, the delivery service provider will leave notification. It is up to the Client to comply with the instructions provided in order to receive the package within the time limit.

 

AVAILABILITY

The Products are offered subject to availability. In case of unavailability after order placement, HYLUS agrees to notify the Client via email as soon as possible. The Client may then request a substitute equivalent product or cancellation of the order by contacting client service via the address: info@hylus.com

 

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

The Consumer who, in a private capacity, places an order on the site, has the right to cancel his/her order, without penalty and without giving reasons, within 3 hours from the date of the Order(s) if said Order(s) have not yet been dispatched. After three hours from the time of placing the Order(s), our automated system will have already placed it into production, therefore cancellation is not possible from that point. If said Order(s) have already gone into production, the Consumer will need to accept delivery, and ship it back to HYLUS, within 14 calendar days from the day of the delivery of the Product(s).

To exercise a right of withdrawal, you must inform us e-mail: info@hylus.com, if your decision is to withdraw from this contract by an unequivocal statement (e-mail). We will communicate to you an acknowledgement of receipt by e-mail. To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication before the 3 hours (before dispatch), or the 14 days (after dispatch/delivery) cancellation period has expired.

In case of exercising of the right of withdrawal after product delivery, the Client implies for him/her an obligation to return, at his/her own expense, the Product(s) in the same condition as when received accompanied by the original packaging and documentation within a maximum period of 14 days after the delivery date, by courier service, guaranteeing the proper delivery of the Product(s).

We will reimburse all payments received from you for the goods purchased no later than 14 days from the day on which we received the above communication; however we may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back to our return address. We will use the same means of payment, for reimbursement, as you used for the initial transaction. In any event, you will not incur any processing fees as a result of such reimbursement.

The right of return for any reason does not apply if you do not purchase Products as a consumer, or for Custom products.

 

DAMAGED ITEMS & COMPLAINTS

In case of an item arriving damaged or broken, HYLUS will provide a free replacement to the customer, up to 14 days after the package has been marked as "Delivered" by HYLUS's delivery partner. Customer needs to send an email to info@hylus.com with their request with clear and detailed images of the damage in the product and packaging in order to be eligible to receive a replacement. In case of clear and detailed images of either the damage in the product or packaging (proof) not being present, HYLUS reserves the right to decline sending out replacement products.

 

DISCOUNT CODES & SALES / PROMOTIONS

HYLUS products purchased during a sitewide sale can be returned, as per normal (please see section Right of Withdrawal). Discount codes can and need to be applied at checkout. Discount codes cannot be used and combined with automatic discounts. Only one discount per order. HYLUS will not be reimbursing any funds in case of an item purchased before a sale, or an incorrectly/not applied discount at time of purchase, and will not be responding to any requests made in this regard.

This Privacy Policy describes how your personal information is collected, used, and shared when you visit or make a purchase from www.HYLUS.com (the “Site”).

Personal information we collect

Data retention 
When you place an order through the Site, we will maintain your Order Information for our records unless and until you ask us to delete this information.

Changes
We may update this privacy policy from time to time in order to reflect, for example, changes to our practices or for other operational, legal or regulatory reasons.

GOVERNING LAW 
These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
